There are two positions available  at our local Big Brothers Big Sisters Office, please see more information below.

The Executive Director is responsible to the Board of Directors for the effective management and leadership of the agency in its provision of service to children and their families in Williams Lake and the South Cariboo.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Experience/education in social work or related field
Casework supervision skills and training
Volunteer Program development and management skills
Effective oral and written communication skills
Grant writing experience
Experience in marketing, fund-raising and business management
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to interact with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds
Sound computer skills
Ability to work flexible hours
